Notice No. 001-2024: First Session, Seventh Legislature. Following the National and Provincial Elections, a special sitting will be held on Friday, 14 June 2024, to swear in Members of the Seventh Legislature (2024-2029), and for the Members to elect Premier, Speaker, Deputy Speaker, Chairperson of Committees, Deputy Chairperson of Committees, to designate the province’s permanent delegates to NCOP and to consider the resolution on the Gauteng mandate on the election of the Chairperson and Deputy
