GPL TO HOST SPECIAL SITTING IN HONOR OF LATE HON. JOE MPISI
On Thursday 18 May 2023, the Gauteng Provincial Legislature (GPL) will convene a Special House Sitting to honor the life of the late Honorable Joe Mpisi.
Hon. Mpisi passed on Friday, 12 May 2023 following a sustained period of illness. At the time of his loss, Hon. Mpisi was elected as a Member of the Provincial Legislature (MPL) and served as the Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee on Education.
