The above-mentioned Bill was published in English in the Gauteng Provincial Extraordinary Gazette No. 280 Dated 19 August 2026 for public comments and general information.
The Bill seeks to provide for the amendment of the Gauteng Enterprise Propeller Act, 2005 (Act No. 5 of 2005), so as to validate acts taken and decisions made by the MEC, the Board or the Chief Executive Officer, as the case may be, at any time during the period from 26 January 2006 up to and including the date of the commencement of the Gauteng Enterprise Propeller Amendment Act, 2026; and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
