One of the aims of the Policy Brief is to have an impact on policy and decision-making. Most importantly, it encourages and stimulates dialogue and debates among staff, MPLs and communities at large. The GPL Policy Brief also provides intellectual space to researchers to offer analyses on contemporary issues and offer provocations and recommendations. The Policy Brief publications cover a wide range of issues relating to the specific business of GPL on all imperatives of oversight, law-making, public participation, and cooperative governance. They also cover themes related to sector parliaments and key national and international issues.
