The Standing Committee on Public Accounts (SCOPA) will convene a Public Hearing where the Gauteng Department of Roads and Transport, Gauteng Department of Infrastructure Development and Gauteng Department of Education will be engaged on their implementation of financial management plans and on their measures for effective financial accountability.
