The Honourable Speaker, Ntombi Mekgwe will on Thursday, 23 March 2017 launch the Sub-Forum on Ethics under the auspices of the Gauteng Speakers’ Forum (GSF). The central theme of the launch is “Contemporary Ethical Governance, Public Administration, & Political Management”. 

The Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Ethics and Privileges, Hon. Uhuru Moiloa will on Thursday, 23 March 2017 launch the Sub-Forum on Ethics under the auspices of the Gauteng Speakers’ Forum (GSF). The central theme of the launch is “Contemporary Ethical Governance, Public Administration, & Political Management”.

The GSF offers a new focus for Members of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature, the Members of Municipal Councils in Gauteng, and relevant stakeholders (including the Chapter 9 Institutions and Civil Society Organisations) on the challenges of duly meeting national demands for ethical governance and administration.

The Sub-themes for Commissions are as follows:  

  • Human Resource Development & Integrity in Serving
  • Leadership, Social Cohesion, and Ethical Governance
  • Cultural Intelligence & Ethical Decision-Making
  • Administrative Governance & Ethical Reporting in the Public Service
